Mr. Dinesh Kumawat is a dynamic and ambitious young entrepreneur who has built his career from the ground up in the real estate and hospitality space. Beginning as a freelancer in real estate, Dinesh quickly developed a sharp understanding of property sales and investment advisory, which laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey.
His professional career took shape when he joined the Ananta Hotels & Resorts Group, where he played a pivotal role in the villa sales division. Dinesh was actively involved in the successful sales of premium villas across multiple locations, including Ananta Jaipur, Ajabgarh, Jaisalmer, and Karjat. This experience not only honed his skills in high-value transactions but also gave him deep exposure to the hospitality-driven real estate segment.
With a vision to create a specialized platform that bridges real estate and hospitality development, Dinesh went on to establish Zenith Vista Realty, headquartered in Jaipur. Under his leadership, the company has quickly built a reputation for providing end-to-end solutions in real estate brokerage, Buy & Let Use models, and hospitality consultancy.
